In just under one month, DoseMe will be exhibiting at the 2019 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting<\/a> in Las Vegas, NV from December 4th – 8th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cerner PowerChart & Epic Hyperspace\nIntegration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This year, using SMART\u00ae on FHIR\u00ae technologies, we integrated DoseMeRx directly into the Cerner and Epic EHR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DoseMeRx is now fully embedded in the Cerner Powerchart and the Epic Hyperspace, automatically extracting the data we require to build your patients PK\/PD model: including age, weight, dose administered, renal function and previous response to therapy. Leveraging clinically validated pharmacokinetic drug models, DoseMeRx models how each patient is responding to therapy from as-little-as one assay result, to quickly and accurately calculate an individualized dose for each patient to reach the desired therapeutic target<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration allows you to easily implement the new proposed AUC-based vancomycin dosing guidelines inside of Cerner or Epic. Integrating the existing clinical data and reducing the pharmacy workload from multiple calculations and ordering multiple drug concentrations to automatically calculating the individualized dose is now possible within your EHR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
