Antimicrobial Stewardship Program<\/em><br><strong><em>Nicklaus Children&rsquo;s Hospital<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebeca Calderon, Pharm.D., is the infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist for Nicklaus Children&rsquo;s Hospital, located in Miami, FL. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Wesley Medical Center followed by a PGY2 Pediatric Residency at Palmetto Health (Prisma) Children\u2019s Hospital.
