(\u201cDoseMe\u201d) is delighted to announce that an affiliate of Fairlong Capital LLC (\u201cFairlong\u201d) acquired the DoseMeRx business from Tabula Rasa HealthCare Group, Inc. (\u201dTRHC\u201d) as of January 20, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doseme-rx.com\/\">DoseMeRx<\/a> is an advanced precision dosing solution to help pharmacists and physicians accurately dose patients\u2019 high-risk parenteral medications based on individual needs. It enables healthcare providers to optimize dosing and streamline operations, reduce adverse drug events, and decrease costs. Designed specifically for clinical practice, DoseMeRx\u2019s intuitive platform seamlessly <a href=\"https:\/\/doseme-rx.com\/why-dosemerx\/product\/integrations\">integrates <\/a>with the widest range of hospital systems to guide the safe and effective dosing of 42 different drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DoseMe will continue to be led and operated by its existing management and staff, under the stewardship of new President and Chief Executive Officer \u2013 Paul Edwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously Paul held senior roles with Merck and GSK, as well as start-ups including ILUM Health Solutions, Infectious Disease Connect, and TrackMy Solutions. He has led strategic and operational teams that have implemented antimicrobial stewardship programs around the world, most notably in the United States, United Kingdom, India, South Africa, and Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for DoseMe, as once again the business can operate as a standalone company.
