When accessed through the electronic health record (EHR), DoseMeRx automatically extracts readily available information such as age, weight, dose administered, renal function and previous response to therapy to quickly and accurately calculate the most effective dose to reach a desired therapeutic target, without any additional data entry.<\/p>\n<p>EAHP\u2019s annual congress is the largest conference for hospital pharmacists in Europe and attracts pharmacists from all over the world with companies showcasing their most innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
