Nicklaus Children’s Hospital

Rebeca Calderon, Pharm.D., is the infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, located in Miami, FL. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System. Her research interests include optimization of vancomycin dose for Gram-positive organisms, other than Staphylococcus aureus, and optimizing the utilization of antibiotics in the inpatient and outpatient setting. 

Ean Miller, PharmD, BCPPS

Pharmacy Clinical Manager, Residency Program Director – PGY2 Pediatrics
Cook Children’s Medical Center

Ean Miller is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Cook Children’s Medical Center, located in Fort Worth, Texas. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Wesley Medical Center followed by a PGY2 Pediatric Residency at Palmetto Health (Prisma) Children’s Hospital. His professional interests include quality improvement initiatives, advancing pediatric clinical pharmacy services to improve patient care and outcomes, and precepting and teaching.

Amber L. Pozderac, PharmD, BCPPS

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist,
Division of Pharmacy

Cincinnati Children’s

Amber Pozderac is a clinical pharmacy specialist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, OH caring for general pediatric, pediatric subspecialty and transplant populations. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, OH and Pediatric Pharmacy Residency at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Her current projects include implementation of drug monitoring resources and transitions of care.
