Fairlong Capital LLC acquires DoseMeRx

DoseMe Operations Inc. (“DoseMe”) is delighted to announce that an affiliate of Fairlong Capital LLC (“Fairlong”) acquired the DoseMeRx business from Tabula Rasa HealthCare Group, Inc. (”TRHC”) as of January 20, 2023.
DoseMeRx is an advanced precision dosing solution to help pharmacists and physicians accurately dose patients’ high-risk parenteral medications based on individual needs. It enables healthcare providers to optimize dosing and streamline operations, reduce adverse drug events, and decrease costs. Designed specifically for clinical practice, DoseMeRx’s intuitive platform seamlessly integrates with the widest range of hospital systems to guide the safe and effective dosing of 42 different drugs.
DoseMe will continue to be led and operated by its existing management and staff, under the stewardship of new President and Chief Executive Officer – Paul Edwards.
Previously Paul held senior roles with Merck and GSK, as well as start-ups including ILUM Health Solutions, Infectious Disease Connect, and TrackMy Solutions. He has led strategic and operational teams that have implemented antimicrobial stewardship programs around the world, most notably in the United States, United Kingdom, India, South Africa, and Colombia.

With Fairlong’s investment in our business and technologies, DoseMeRx has additional resources to expand the development of further solutions to optimize the dosing of narrow therapeutic index drugs that will help improve patient outcomes and support healthcare organizations. In connection with the sale transaction, all DoseMeRx customer contracts are being transferred to DoseMe, and DoseMe will work with TRHC towards a seamless business and operational transition, with a continued focus on providing our customers 24/7 support.
