Brisbane, QLD, Australia – DoseMe’s Charles Cornish will address Queensland’s newest innovators at the QLD iAwards Gala dinner on Wednesday, 7 June 2017.
The QLD iAwards recognizes top Queenslanders at the cutting edge of digital innovation and is a platform for innovators to showcase their new ideas – everyone from school students to scientists and engineers.
“The AIIA has a diverse network of digital leaders across community, government, business, and academic leaders. This is an ideal fit for DoseMe that combines research, science, medicine, technology and people to form an extraordinary opportunity for healthcare professionals to make an even greater impact around the globe,” said Charles Cornish, CEO.
DoseMe had a plentiful year partnering with the Australian information industry association (AIIA) in 2016. This included winning the Queensland Community Services iAward, National iAward Pitchfest and a merit award in the Health and Wellbeing category at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance awards.
“We saw the benefit in applying discipline and commitment in our preparation for the AIIA competitions and pitch contests.
“We were also fortunate to win on several occasions and this exposure provided several opportunities for DoseMe. This spanned across new business development opportunities in Australia and internationally, through to attracting different investors to our table.
“Success was also brilliant for team morale amongst our growing team here in Brisbane,” said Cornish.
Joining Cornish as a keynote speaker is the Hon Leenne Enoch, Minister for Innovation, Science and Digital Economy and Minister for Small Business and Alexander Dreiling, Co-Founder & CEO of Clipchamp.
The QLD iAwards Gala Dinner is being held at the Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre on Wednesday 7 June 2017 from 6pm. For more information visit the AIIA website.
