Michael is passionate about disruptive technologies and has always been attracted to healthcare. He loves designing new processes to improve team efficiency and productivity. Originally from Belgium, when he’s not pushing code, you’ll find him planning his next holiday overseas or hanging out with friends.

John Hardesky

Chief Executive Officer

John Hardesky is an accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience focused on the global clinical market. He has a winning track record that yields turnaround and growth results. John served as CCO of DoseMe prior to his appointment as CEO. Along with the prior CCO positions at Nanomix and Liquidsmarts, during his leadership position at McKesson, John launched a comprehensive Antimicrobial Stewardship Program complete with a diagnostics continuum and software suite. In previous senior executive positions with manufacturing companies, such as EliTech Group, he launched over 20 different product platforms and value-based solutions to the global market. He brings his passion for commercialization to DoseMe and to serve its customers with innovative products and expertise to advance precision dosing.

Paul Sabourenkov

Lead Bioinformatician

Paul is a bioinformatician and software developer with a background in computer science, psychology and neuroscience. He has experience developing software in applied fields as varied as academic, biomedical, gaming, and mining. He has a keen interest in data science, machine learning and intelligence, both artificial and natural. In his spare time Paul indulges in analogue alternative process photography.
