Paul Edwards

President and CEO

Paul has been a Senior Executive with Merck and GSK, and start-ups including ILUM Health Solutions, Infectious Disease Connect, and TrackMy Solutions. He has an extensive history in infectious disease, antimicrobial stewardship, and precision medicine. He has led strategic and operational teams that have implemented antimicrobial stewardship programs in many countries around the world, most notably the United States, United Kingdom, India, South Africa, and Colombia. It is with this global perspective that Paul understands the critical importance of how Bayesian dosing software can have a significant impact on both patient and hospital outcomes. Paul holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. He lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife.

Sharmeen Roy, PharmD, BCPS

Chief Strategy & Science Officer

Sharmeen’s 20-year career spans pediatric clinical pharmacy, clinical research, pharmacogenomics, and strategic leadership. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a Pediatric Specialty Pharmacotherapy Residency at Texas Children’s Hospital. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and holds a certification in pharmacogenomics from University of Florida. Her tenure includes esteemed institutions such as Texas Children’s Hospital, University of Chicago Medical Center, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and Miami Cancer Institute. At PipelineRx, she held senior roles, managing large teams and driving client engagement for over 500 hospitals. She is actively involved in CPIC, STRIPE, PIDS, ACCP, ASHP and PPA. Being a practitioner who embraces technology, Sharmeen strategically blends her extensive clinical expertise with cutting-edge innovations, leading the way in enhancing patient care. Currently settled in sunny Miami, FL, she enjoys exploring the local culinary scene, calming beach runs, and spending time with family.

Michael Dorkhom

Chief Technology Officer

Michael is passionate about disruptive technologies and has always been attracted to healthcare. He loves designing new processes to improve team efficiency and productivity. Originally from Belgium, when he’s not pushing code, you’ll find him planning his next holiday overseas or hanging out with friends.

John Hardesky

Chief Commercial Officer

John Hardesky is an accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience focused on the global clinical market. He has a winning track record that yields turnaround and growth results. Along with CCO positions at Nanomix and Liquidsmarts, during his leadership position at McKesson, John launched a comprehensive Antimicrobial Stewardship Program complete with a diagnostics continuum and software suite. In previous senior executive positions with manufacturing companies, such as EliTech Group, he launched over 20 different product platforms and value-based solutions to the global market. He brings his passion for commercialization to DoseMe and to serve its customers with innovative products and expertise to advance precision dosing.

Paul Sabourenkov

Lead Bioinformatician

Paul is a bioinformatician and software developer with a background in computer science, psychology and neuroscience. He has experience developing software in applied fields as varied as academic, biomedical, gaming, and mining. He has a keen interest in data science, machine learning and intelligence, both artificial and natural. In his spare time Paul indulges in analogue alternative process photography.

Fred Taute

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Fred is a physician who has worked for several decades in the field of medical informatics, with experience in compliance, management, product management, systems integration and HIE implementations. He obtained his medical degree and MBA from the University of Cape Town. Fred recently spent several years sailing around the Southern USA and the Caribbean, and is now a happy (and a bit sad) ex-boat owner who is planning his next adventure.
