Dr. Reynolds implemented a pharmacist-managed Bayesian AUC vancomycin dosing service using DoseMeRx at an academic health system in Missouri in March 2020. He is studying the effects of AUC-guided vancomycin dosing on rates of acute kidney injury in health-system practice.
Dr. Reynolds has worked in health-system pharmacy for several years. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy and completed residency training as a clinical pharmacist specialized in internal medicine. His interests include pharmacokinetics, infectious diseases, solid organ transplant, anticoagulation, and diabetes management. He is board certified in pharmacotherapy.
